Yes. The annual subscription of ₹2,000 is the only mandatory charge. There are no hidden fees, no per-appointment charges, no module unlock costs. Commission is entirely opt-in and controlled by you.

Each registered doctor or provider entity pays ₹2,000/year individually. For hospitals onboarding multiple departments and doctors, we offer custom enterprise plans with volume discounts. Contact us at enterprise@vaidhya.app.

Absolutely. Vaidhya proudly supports Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Naturopathy, Yoga, and Homeopathy practitioners at the same ₹2,000/year rate. All four consultation modes work for AYUSH practitioners. We have dedicated profile fields for Ayurvedic specializations such as Panchakarma, Kerala Ayurveda, and Kaya Chikitsa.

When you choose to opt in (for premium placement or a referral campaign), you set your preferred rate in your dashboard. Vaidhya collects that percentage from patient payments and remits the remainder to you on a weekly payment cycle.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), net banking, all major credit and debit cards, and EMI options on select cards.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not yet received any patient bookings. After that, the subscription continues until year-end.
