2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Users are solely responsible for their account security and password

3. Doctors, Hospitals & Vendors

Doctors, hospitals, clinics, and vendors listed on Vaidhya are independent third parties. Vaidhya does not guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes from any listed provider. While we verify credentials, we do not employ healthcare professionals.

4. Appointments & Consultations

Appointments requested via Vaidhya are subject to confirmation by providers. Vaidhya is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service outcomes. Any disputes regarding consultations should be raised directly with the healthcare provider.

Vaidhya provides emergency service connections but is not itself an emergency medical service provider. In life-threatening emergencies, contact your local emergency services (112) immediately.

7. Payments

Payments, if applicable, are processed by third-party payment gateways. Consultation fees are set by healthcare providers, not Vaidhya. Vaidhya is not responsible for payment disputes unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Prohibited Use

• Submitting false or misleading information about yourself or others
• Misuse of healthcare listings or provider profiles
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward providers or other users
• Unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or access controls

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice where we deem it necessary to protect the platform or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and platform content belong to Vaidhya Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vaidhya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access it, including any healthcare outcomes resulting from provider interactions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
